Track Down's Stats Card tool pulls your top 5 artists and top 5 tracks from Spotify's medium-term listening data — roughly the last 6 months — and renders them as a shareable 600×800 infographic you can download as a JPEG. It requires a Spotify connection and enough listening history to have ranked data.

Spotify only returns ranked top-artists/top-tracks data once you have enough listening history in that time window. New or lightly-used accounts may not have enough data yet.
Not currently — this tool is fixed to Spotify's medium-term (~6 month) ranking. Track Down's Last.fm Top Tracks converter offers explicit range selection (7 days to all-time) if you need a different window.
